By accessing or using LawFair (the "Platform"), including the website at www.LawFair.app, the mobile application, or any related services operated by LawFair LLC (Florida), you agree — without conditions, excuses, or loopholes — to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").
If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. If you continue using it, you're agreeing fully.
2. What LawFair IS — and What It IS NOT
Here's the deal, straight:
LawFair IS:
A software platform providing AI-powered tools, automation, document generation, and educational guidance.
A resource to help users understand legal processes and manage their own cases.
A system for storing, organizing, analyzing, and generating documents based on user inputs.
LawFair is NOT:
A law firm.
A substitute for an attorney.
Legal representation.
Legal advice.
A lawyer-client relationship.
A guarantee of winning any case, motion, hearing, or dispute.
Any interpretation otherwise is incorrect and void.
If you need legal advice, hire a licensed attorney. LawFair provides tools — you decide how you use them.
3. User Responsibility
You are responsible for:
Any documents you upload
Any actions you take using AI-generated content
Ensuring your filings meet local rules, procedures, deadlines, and jurisdictional requirements
Verifying accuracy before submitting anything to a court
Understanding that your case outcome is on you, not LawFair
You are in full control of your case. LawFair provides tools — not representation.
4. Storage & Documents
LawFair only stores:
Documents you upload voluntarily
Documents you generate using the Platform
Case data you manually enter
Research items you choose to save
LawFair does not:
Pull documents from government systems
Monitor your case
Auto-retrieve filings or court activity
Access your information outside this Platform
You control your data. You can delete it at any time.
5. AI-Generated Content
AI output is generated text, not legal advice.
You understand and agree:
AI content may be inaccurate
AI content may require correction
AI content must be reviewed before filing
AI output cannot be relied upon as legal advice
You use AI content entirely at your own risk
LawFair makes no guarantees that:
AI-generated documents are correct for your jurisdiction
AI-generated legal arguments will succeed
AI-generated filings comply with court rules or procedures
The Platform is a tool — not a lawyer.

16. User Content Rights
Anything you upload remains your property.
But by uploading it, you grant LawFair a worldwide, royalty-free license to:
Store
Process
Display
Analyze (via AI)
Create derivative content for your use only
We never sell your data.
We never give courts access.
We never grant access to other users.
Your data = your control.
17. Data Storage & Retention
We store your data so you can use the Platform effectively — nothing more.
Retention expectations:
Active accounts → data remains available
Deleted accounts → data removed permanently
Backups → temporary encrypted retention for disaster recovery
We do not guarantee:
Unlimited storage
Permanent preservation of your data
So if it's critical — keep your own copy. Courts lose files too. It happens.
18. Data Security
We implement real security — encryption in transit and at rest.
But here's the truth the world needs to hear:
No system is bulletproof.
No platform can promise zero breaches.
No digital data is 100% secure.
You accept that risk by using LawFair.
Still — we take it deadly seriously.
19. Third-Party Services
LawFair uses trusted third-party services, including but not limited to:
Anthropic / OpenAI (AI processing)
CourtListener (legal research data)
Supabase (database and auth)
Stripe (payments and billing)

You agree to their terms as required to use ours.
If a third-party system fails — we're not liable.
20. Court Compliance is YOUR Responsibility
We do not:
Monitor your court rules
Ensure local formatting compliance
Guarantee judicial approval
Courts have:
Rules
Clerks
Preferences
Procedural traps everywhere
You must verify before filing:
Formatting

Jurisdiction
Authentication
Your case = your responsibility.

We respond professionally and legally under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
